@Revs_fan_in_USA Naturally the point and mode of contact are significant considerations, and I wouldn't fault anyone who sees the result and decides there must have been misconduct involved, but I think Letexier's feel for the game here is excellent.

@Revs_fan_in_USA Attacker does what he's supposed to do in this situation by attempting to hurdle the goalkeeper who is challenging him for the ball. Leg is bent, foot is not dragged or stomped. The collision is awful, but it's the result of two players playing the ball as taught.
