PGD after heart txp can be tackled with early ECMO, direct transition from bypass to ECMO. 36 hours post txp, severe PGD on dual inotropy with CI of 1.2 improved to normal BiV function and a CI of 4 on single inotropy off ECMO. #earlyECMO #hearttransplant
