2. Deliverability
3. Hourly matching.
The US must follow suit and adopt rules at least as stringent.

Very exciting -- @Universal_H2 just flew the largest plane powered by hydrogen!
UH2's hydrogen modules are loaded on the plane like cargo instead of requiring traditional fueling (== safer, greener, & more economic) & the jet size can serve real regional routes

US EV manufacturing is now on track to reach 4.5 million vehicles a year, with more projects in the pipeline. Once preliminary plans announced by Ford, Honda, Volvo, and BMW are finalized, production levels could meet the Biden administration’s goal of 50% EV sales by 2030. 3/8
