I have submitted disputes for these copy claims. @YouTube / @YouTubeCreators, I don't understand why such claims can even be made from a channel that is obviously not the owner of the material. Why is there no penalty to these channels for making bogus claims (probably now using AI, or automated tools to do this dirty work)?

@ackshaey @dhh That part about "neutral" honorifics makes zero sense. Miss and Ms. mean the exact same thing. Mx. doesn't mean anything. We can't go make up words that don't exist. You can say police officer and chairperson. What the heck is a normal neutral term for fireman?

The contributor covenant, and other CoCs like it, turned out to be a trojan horse. Every open source project would do right to reject or revert it. Here's the beautiful replacement that Matz put in place for Ruby when they came for him with this bullshit (we borrowed it).

@LizAnnJCA @DividendBreeder I'm guessing the $60 wasn't a payment, but an adjustment to the allowed rate. Then it's probably a deductible plan, so whether it's a good deal or not depends on the deductible, max out of pocket, size of network, etc.

@DividendBreeder Call the Dr's billing office and make sure they billed it and coded it properly. They are only supposed to charge the allowable fee dictated by the insurance co. Check your insurance benefits and see what you copays and coinsurance parameters are. Don't just "accept" it.

My daughter recently had an ear infection. Took her to the doctor, who prescribed an antibiotic. That doctor visit cost $244. My insurance covered $60, so we owe $184 out of pocket. I pay $556/month for family health insurance. Something seems broken.

We will use Grok 3.5 (maybe we should call it 4), which has advanced reasoning, to rewrite the entire corpus of human knowledge, adding missing information and deleting errors. Then retrain on that. Far too much garbage in any foundation model trained on uncorrected data.
