I'll be doing a three day fast in the near future. I've done 24 hours and routinely do intermittent fasting but have never gone longer. Any suggestions?

@JulieMaccarone Study some trading strategies from books or youtube. Prefer the simpler strategys. Test them based on historical candlestick data, the further back in time the better. Slice into a position in small trenches of your NAV. Do not trade money you cannot afford to lose.
