@MrRyanLeister I worked as a scout and we used to look for signs of what a players mindset/ personality was as they needed to fit into the group. RE wears different kit to everyone on match days and goes out night before a game. The players have checked out on him and the club.

@MattPrice6 @MatthewMS94 I am pretty sure the Jorge boat has sailed now unfortunately or at least to the same degree as those first Nuno windows, although saying that not every signing Jorge has made has been brilliant, it needs to be a good mix of experienced players and overseas talents

2. Of what we were under Nuno. Under @Fosun_Intl we have regressed alarmingly & bad decision after bad decision & sale of our better players as caught up with us & put us where we are today. We are embarrassing, soulless, passionless & we have people steering the club who are ….

A couple decent days against the big boys masked for a small moment the absolute fact that we have such a rudderless ship. Out of control. Ruined by the people in charge. The rebuild job is one where you look and think, “where do you even start” Who do you look at in our men’s players and staff and the people above and think… they really inspire me?

Not for me this night before a game should be in the team hotel charity event or not its about mentality! Players cant do it so set the example!

Preaching to players about rest and a big game then buggering off is not a good look. Sure the players would want to be at home
