@Meta could you rush your next update for quest 3 controllers so I can fix mine? (For context, my right controller is in an update "limbo" of sorts. It was disconnected mid-update and is bricked in its own way.)

Hi @grafxflow! That sounds like a bug with the interface, but we may have an easy solution! Try logging into your Meta Account : Navigate to the Meta Horizon Mobile App, open the Store tab, click the Filter menu at the top, and select Wishlist. Swiping left or tapping the options menu directly on the game from this specific list should allow you to delete it from there! Also, please feel free to use the in-app bug report tool, thanks!

@Meta @ray_ban these glasses suck ass. The interface is utter garbage and its always not able to download the media. The ai is dumb as a rock suggesting things that DONT WORK. Avoid #meta products at all costs. They just sent an update and bricked my glasses. @FTC

@FixMyOculus @MetaQuestVR Done that factory reset part and sadly didnt fix anything because the headset immediately updates to the latest Horizon OS for the headset and that seems to be the cause of the issues, a newer version came out and headset still acting weird, Is it possible to downgrade the OS?🤔

@Meta initially forgot to send back the controllers for my son’s quest warranty replacement. Customer service was great and they overnighted the controllers. Two thumbs up to meta, so many large companies have terrible customer service, Metas was fantastic.

@Meta @MetaQuestVR I've gone through 10 replacement Quest 3s. My units fried and emitted smoke. This is a severe fire hazard. Standard support refuses a refund. If you care about consumer health and safety, you would have already issued my refund #MetaQuest3 #ConsumerSafety

@Meta it is really frustrating to buy such an expensive glasses (wayfarer rayban) to not have it work but more frustrating when your tech support makes it worse but asking to do a factory reset and it's completely destroyed and I cannot get help to fix this
