@MetaQuestVR 4 days ago my 11 year old son's account was suspended and his headset was bricked. 19 emails back and forth with Meta support and you can't even give me a reason his account was suspended. You need to do better.

@RayBan and @Meta sell “groundbreaking” AI glasses but have ZERO customer service. I got defective Meta glasses and cannot reach a live person only endless chat and email loops. For such an expensive product, this is unacceptable. I hope you never need actual help from a human!

Thank you for responding. I understand the data safety part, but these glasses were purchased from my hard-earned salary and I am feeling very stressed after losing them. Hey @Meta @MetaQuestSupport — explain this: Early Feb: I report a defective neural band for the Meta Displays. You send a charger… not a replacement. Follow up → told to return it first. I hold off. Then the buckle breaks. You receive it March 17.
