@MetaStoreHelp Why did you suspend my Meta Quest account for no reason whatsoever? I have a VR headset that I can't use because you unilaterally disabled my account. I need answers.

@MetaQuestVR quest 3 is the biggest pos ripoff. bought one, lasted a year. meta sent me a replacement. wouldn't connect to my original controllers. they wouldn't replace the controllers. had to spend 150 dollars after paying 450 just a year ago for it new!

I’d be excited for this if my quest didn’t have a hardware fault that @MetaQuestVR support won’t even acknowledge , instead using it as an opportunity to sell me a new one.

I have a pair of Ray ban META AI Glasses. I enjoy them but am plagued with having to reconnect them to my phone multiple times a day. I have done factory reset multiple times and insured that they are fully updated. Sending anything to Support from glasses is useless. HELP!

@MetaQuestHelp @Meta My Quest 3 is blocked as 'stolen' after 7 months of use. Support (Biba, Isra, Hala) keeps sending the same templates and refuses to escalate. I have a valid warranty until 2027 in my account! Help me solve this fraud case. Ticket #098266580.

@Lil_Cinnamon Hey there, We see you are having some display issues, more often that not it's cause by outdated graphics drivers. Given your laptop is new this could be the cause. Update your drivers and if the issue persists come chat with us at Meta Support.

I get a new laptop and I guess meta quest VR is not gonna work display keeps crashing, everything else works after the crash though, headset speakers, controllers, tracking, everything works except the display which freezes then stuck in blank pass through mode

@Meta - it’s now just a Bluetooth device. Can I get my money back. I don’t want $400 plus Bluetooth glasses.

@Meta paid $400 plus for the meta prescription glasses. With the unification of Meta platform, I am now using this AI glasses as a regular glass. I don’t post on Instagram or Facebook. My account got suspended. I cannot use Meta AI app, Instagram or fb. Great experience for $400

Don’t buy @meta glasses from @ray_ban. They don’t stand behind their product. $400 down the drain.

Hi there Esther! We noticed your post and we would love to lend a hand to get you up to speed with our latest UI! The first thing you can try is to use the Quest Software Update Tool to install the latest version of software available to your headset. You will need a PC and make sure your headset is fully charged before attempting the update. From there just select your headset from the list and follow the on screen instructions. Link: meta.com/help/quest/sof… Another thing you can try out is joining the Public Test Channel (PTC), where you can gain access to pre-release versions of the software. I'm trying to log in today but I can't, it disconnects me every 5 minutes or less. Okay @Meta do something?Fix this bug, okay? Otherwise I'm going to buy the Pico 4 because I can't play my VR anymore, it's already been a week.

Ray-Ban Meta glasses bought on 28 Dec 2025 from GKB Opticals (India) for ₹28,560. Hinge/frame broke within months of normal use. Product is under warranty but waiting for resolution. Requesting support from @ray_ban @EssilorLux @Meta @gkbopticals. Invoice & damage pic attached.

Hey just wanna get on here and say my vr is not working it's unplugged and still showing charge light and not turning I think I might need a replacement @Meta
