So what I am hearing is you’re protecting the driver, who probably stole my parcel.

@YodelOnline absolutely appalled at the lack of care for my parcel that is missing. Was told to wait 24 hours. Called again and have to wait another 24 hours.

@Uber I had a horrible experience with a driver. He harassed me in the dark on my own. Uber have not done enough to help me feel safe, this aggressive driver has my address. I asked to raise a formal complaint and they asked to speak to my solicitor, I am appalled Uber.

@cultbeauty Evri left my parcel that I need for Monday in an unsafe place and it was stolen. They haven’t responded to my enquiry. Are you able to help fast track?

@RoyalMailHelp I arranged a collection for today but on one has turned up to collect.

I can’t believe I’m even writing these words, my 10 year old nephew was punched multiple times by his teacher Tracey at Christ The King School in Islington. The 10 year old had to go to A&E immediately after reporting severe pains across his chest and back areas.

@UPS_UK I am extremely concerned that no one can locate my parcel. The lack of care and communication has been terrible. I have been told numerous times that someone will be getting back to me. The whole situation has been dishonest and I will now be reporting this as theft.
