@Hot_Pepper76 Drive 10+ years and no payments. Save the car payments and you will be richer as you get older. I find cars are not important as you get older. Yes there will be a few repairs but they are much less than car payments.

I’ve been thinking about buying a new car, but mine still runs perfect. No problems, no payment, and I trust it. Maybe keeping a good car is smarter than chasing a new one. Anybody else feel this way?

@Taylor_64 @DailyLoud Easy. Could be a shutoff system, fire pump failure, broken water main in street, storage of flammables beyond sprinkler design, etc. many reasons sprinklers did not extinguish fire.
