@Hot_Pepper76 Drive 10+ years and no payments. Save the car payments and you will be richer as you get older. I find cars are not important as you get older. Yes there will be a few repairs but they are much less than car payments.

I’ve been thinking about buying a new car, but mine still runs perfect. No problems, no payment, and I trust it. Maybe keeping a good car is smarter than chasing a new one. Anybody else feel this way?

Are you deeply outraged that, while hundreds of millions of Americans and I are struggling financially, Elon Musk has now become the world's first trillionaire, with more wealth than he could spend in 1,000 lifetimes? A. YES B. NO

James Carville: “Trump has no earthly idea what’s coming to him. The vote against him in November is gonna be breathtaking. It’s gonna be a massive rejection of him. He’s a soft man, he gets distracted, he’s obviously not well, he sleeps all the time.”

The US has 1 trillionaire and 988 billionaires. Their combined net worth is about 8.4 trillion dollars. If we would just tax these people “fairly,” it would totally solve the $40 trillion national debt. And every other problem in society. Do the math, guys…

@GuntherEagleman @grok So of the 11B Musk paid in 2011. How much do you think government wasted in corruption and fraud and incompetence? At least 50%. And that doesn’t included the taxes and benefits paid to 1000s of employees. Clearly better letting Elon use the money for our good

@WallStreetApes I’d only there was a manufacturing company who would engineer appliances to last for 15+ years. Would save people billions. A washer full of electronics is not better than simple appliances from 30 years ago

American water heater repairman says he’s noticed the average new water heaters last only about 7-10 years and then they must be replaced But when he comes across old ones like this one from 1956, they last forever This is because of a business model called Planned Obsolescence and it’s a business strategy companies now use to engineer produces to fail after a certain among of time This way you have to keep buying the same product over and over again This is a scam

Elon Musk just became the world's first trillionaire. The typical American household would have to work more than 11 MILLION years to make Elon Musk's level of wealth. We need a wealth tax.

@Taylor_64 @DailyLoud Easy. Could be a shutoff system, fire pump failure, broken water main in street, storage of flammables beyond sprinkler design, etc. many reasons sprinklers did not extinguish fire.

@DailyLoud State and federal regulation require regular inspection of fire suppression as they do for every facility. How could it fail so catastrophically for a 1m sq ft facility to burn completely to the ground? So weird

Just a guess. The warehouse famously utilized an advanced AutoStore goods-to-person retrieval system. This inventory management setup included a massive grid holding thousands of storage bins, operated by an automated fleet of nearly 175 lithium-battery-powered robots that retrieved and transported products to human packers.

Will the leftists ever answer this question... What did they want to happen to the reflecting pool? Did they want it to never be repaired? Did they just want it empty forever? Did they want it leaking thousands of gallons of water? What did they want?

Never once in my life have I backed into a parking space. Maybe it is safer. Maybe there is data. Maybe I am the problem. But pulling into a spot like a normal person and then backing out carefully has gotten me this far, so I’m probably not turning every Publix run into a driving test now.
