Be brutally honest: Are you deeply outraged that, while hundreds of millions of Americans and I are struggling financially, @elonmusk has just now become the world's first trillionaire, with more wealth than he could spend in 1,000 lifetimes? Yes or no?

The irony is working for @FoxNews and then attacking people for doing what human beings have always done: leaving the countries of their birth, moving elsewhere, taking jobs, building businesses, and creating new lives. Fox News itself was built by an immigrant who left his country, crossed an ocean, and built an empire in another one. Apparently, migration becomes offensive only after the immigrant gets rich enough to condemn everyone who follows.

In addition, what we now call the United States did not emerge from one family, one tribe, or one people. It was built by generations of people who came from every corner of the world, bringing different languages, religions, skills, ideas, and dreams. They built farms, railroads, factories, businesses, universities, laboratories, and communities. That diversity of people did not weaken America. It helped create it. The United States is not the story of one beautiful family that stayed in one place. It is the story of millions of people who came together, often from hardship and uncertainty, to build something larger than themselves. That is not a flaw in America's history. It is one of the defining chapters of it. An finally, one day, we will all die and allow the new to replace us, which is very soon as human life is very short!

"Why was he here anyway?" they ask. The dummies do not understand that people move. They always have. They moved from Europe to America. Americans moved abroad. During the Great Depression, tens of thousands of Americans even moved to the Soviet Union in search of work and opportunity. People moved across the Roman Empire. They moved from Spain to France, from France to England, from Egypt to Ethiopia, and across every continent on Earth. Migration is not an exception to the human story. It is the human story. Almost everything you use today is the product of millions of people who lived, worked, discovered, invented, and sacrificed long before the United States even existed. Human civilization was built one generation at a time, across countless cultures and borders. We are one of the physically weakest species on Earth, yet we survived and built civilizations because we learned from one another, traded with one another, and shared knowledge across nations and generations. Human progress has never recognized political borders. The alternating current electricity that powers homes, hospitals, schools, businesses, and much of the modern world was developed and championed by Nikola Tesla, an immigrant who came to the United States from what is now Croatia after being born in the Austrian Empire. He arrived with little money and enormous ideas. His work transformed modern civilization. That is the larger point. History is not the story of people staying where they were born. It is the story of people moving, exchanging ideas, building societies, and changing the world. Every generation inherits the achievements of countless strangers who came before them. To pretend otherwise is not patriotism. It is a rejection of history itself.

President Donald Trump’s nominee to control the Pentagon’s finances promised Congress transparency on Tuesday, then spent much of his confirmation hearing unable to tell senators how much the war with Iran is costing, what military programs have been disrupted or whether the administration has exhausted billions of dollars it already possesses before asking taxpayers for more. dailyletter.tv/posts/come-on-…

Be brutally honest: Are you shocked that 80-year-old Trump says newly declassified information proves he won the 2020 election 6 years ago, and that he must now urgently address the nation in a prime-time speech Thursday night to discuss what they care the most about? Yes or no?

Be brutally honest: As outrage spreads, do you believe Hispanic immigrants deserve to be gunned down in the streets of the United States, even when they were not the intended targets, and do you see them as human beings whose lives matter as much as your own? Yes or no?
