@jaspercurse Me personally, I'm not sure what's for dinner, it could be extremely high cal or very low. So I try not to eat anything during the day in case it might up my intake if what I eat for dinner is for example, some pasta, which is very high on cals

why do people do a +600cal omad when they could have smaller meals through the day, not feel so hungry all the time and avoid losing control while consuming the exact same (or even less) calories? is it about having a fulfilling meal? because...is that really worth starving for..

@GeeLuvsVampires Becareful.. Personally, I do omad, sometimes I fast for 30 hours before doing a metab, then fast again. I've been losing 0.7kg to 1kg every week that way, and then I regain some after metab. I make sure my intake is under 600 but don't stress if you go higher, sometimes it's 900!
