Judge Tiffany Baker refused to revoke the bond of a convicted pedophile, leading to the murder of Missy Mogle. The Florida House has a duty to hold Judge Baker accountable. I sent a letter to Speaker Perez calling for him to begin impeachment proceedings. Radical judges must not be allowed to endanger our kids.

Do you know who Tiffany Baker-Carper is? She is a Florida judge who bonded out child pedator Daniel Spencer before trial. Guess what Spencer did in bond? Spencer tortured & killed his little 5YO stepdaughter, Melissa "Missy" Mogle. This Judge needs removed. When child predators become more important than our children, we have a problem. "Missy’s Law" requires judges to immediately remand defendants into custody after being convicted of certain dangerous sexual offenses. Florida enacted this law, thankfully. Every state should.
