It's worth noting that we ban consensual acts - selling cocaine - all the time, because they have associated negative externalities.
I see no reason at all we could not do the same with - for example - urinating or defecating into a pregnant woman's mouth during her baby shower and filming it. Spreads disease, likely causes contempt for women, etc.

My take, she is choosing obesity and victimhood. Being a victim is so deeply ingrained in her personality she can't possibly take steps that would prove it's all her fault.
