Let us talk about VAT because this is not just about money. It is about accountability, integrity, and the systematic failure of our revenue service to protect South Africans. For years, businesses across this country have been charging customers VAT 15% on goods and services yet they are not registered with SARS. They collect the tax, pocket it, and disappear into the shadows. No returns filed. No payments made. No accountability. And @sarstax ? They have looked the other way. For years. This is not a small problem. This is billions of rands stolen from the fiscus money that should be building schools, fixing roads, hiring nurses, and funding social grants. Instead, it lines the pockets of unscrupulous business owners who exploit our system while we struggle to make ends meet. How many of these businesses are owned by foreign nationals operating in the informal sector? How many are spaza shops, hair salons, and wholesale distributors that charge VAT but never register? How many South Africans have been undercut by these operators who pay no tax, obey no laws, and face no consequences? SARS has the tools. They have the intelligence. They have the powers of investigation. But they have not acted. Why? Is it incompetence? Is it corruption? Is it political protection? Whatever the reason, South Africans are paying the price. We demand a full investigation. Every business charging VAT must be registered. Every unregistered operator must be audited. Every fraudulent claim must be prosecuted. SARS must do its job not for political convenience, but for the people who pay taxes honestly. Always ask for VAT number to check whether the company is VAT registration, secure.sarsefiling.co.za/vatvendorsearc…

@MusaaRonalds We come for white folk's money. Possibly the little crumbs you lot have too. We dont have to love the place to make money from it. Its that simple. There is no country on earth without immigrants. Get that through your thick heads. The key is managing & monetizing it.
