Question for @Dan_Nash94 or @OwainZerilli based on your chats on the pods about hot baths after training for adaptation, would a heated gilet during/after a treadmill run have similar benefits please?

@MuseRunner1 @OwainZerilli In theory. However, it would depend on if the tech was good enough to sufficiently raise core body temperature. Baths are good as they efficiently transfer heat to the body with basically no heat loss (other than the head). Much greater ability to lose heat with a gilet
