I'm having real trouble finding someone on the @JetBlue disability policy team to talk to about the need to safeguard seat selections by travelers with service dogs. The front-line team keeps issuing tiny credits and declining to connect me w/ leadership. Can anyone help?

Still no clear path for nonvisual access to #COVID at-home tests from the government. I encourage people to call the Disability Information and Access Line (DIAL) at 1-888-677-1199 or email email DIAL@usaginganddisability.org to inquire aobut equal access ot tests.

UPDATE: @BSC_Gym hasn’t been fair to its members about their right to cancel their membership and continued to charge members who tried to cancel. Make no mistake—this is illegal. We have sent a demand letter to BSC to formally request they fix this ASAP.

Much like many Boston Sports Club members, my team has been trying to get a straight answer from @BSC_Gym about how people can cancel their accounts. So far, they have refused to provide one. Maybe it's because they fired all their employees. This is completely unacceptable.

Stay at home. Only go out to get essential supplies—food and medicine. When you have to go out, maintain a 6-feet distance from others and wear a face covering. There should be no gatherings or crowds, anywhere, for any reason.
