The penalty if you sell one after it passes? A Class D felony. Up to 5 years in prison. $5,000 fine. Their excuse? Illegal "Glock switches" — a cheap piece of plastic that's ALREADY ILLEGAL. So their solution to criminals breaking the law... is to punish YOU for owning the most popular handgun in the country. 1,900 people testified AGAINST this bill. Only 50 supported it.
