My wife parked in these bays on a dark, wet night and got a parking fine for ‘not parking correctly within the markings of the bay’ Er…what markings 🤷🏻♂️. Especially in the dark and rain. Surely if you want people to park in a bay…mark it! UKPC want £170…should I pay it?
