Today, OII provided testimony on HB 536, which would strengthen Ohio's seat belt laws and make violations a primary offense. #DidYouKnow Per @NHTSAgov, those not directly involved in crashes pay 77% of the cost, primarily through insurance premiums, taxes and traffic delays.
