nobody's first customer found them. they hunted it down. one awkward cold email, one "got 15 minutes?", one favor from someone in their network at a time. the first one is a grind, not a funnel.

The best way to burnout in 3 months as a fonder and quit: → Start a product, 150 followers, nobody is buying. "Need more audience, that's the solution" 🤔 → Spend every day, all day on X. 700 replies a day. Connect, connect, connect... Grew account to 3k followers within 2 months, with 6h a day work on X. 😡 → Seeing lots of people getting into product but nobody is still buying. 🤯 Most people think: "My product is amazing, I just need audience and everyone is buying"...
