ALL financial markets need to be included in a sweeping ethics Bill to apply to the executive AND legislative branch. It is ludicrous to ban crypto while ignoring prediction and stock markets and absurd to focus exclusively on the executive branch while ignoring Congress and their staffers.

This is my one concern about CLARITY passing. It’s very possible it doesn’t garner enough bi-partisan support in the Senate without an ethics provision. I am curious if everyone on here thinks we ‘should’ have or ‘should not’ have ethics guardrails. Let me know in the comments.
