I have spent the last few years making a movie as I try to learn #Blender. Now I'm 2/3rds of the way through production I feel it's probably time I post a little teaser! I present to you, Kosmic Kidnap -

This is either a TV/movie prop, or they’ve literally had this City Line bus in storage for 30+ years. A GWR FM (RIP) early 90s logo is the icing on the cake

@Ornsack It's likely a preserved bus, they get preserved in livery and adverts from a certain time period

@shuntingwest Yeah that was more my era, but my nan had a sticker with the old logo in her house so I remember it well! I remember the Black Thunders too. What a weird name for a bunch of cars.

@Ornsack Blimey, I haven't thought about GWR FM in at least a decade! I wasn't around for that era of branding, but I distinctly remember the blue and black they had when my dad was an engineer there. I was upset the "black thunder" cars just became "thunders"

@Ornsack This Leyland Lynx WE1611 (F611 RTC), based at Winterstoke Road before the depot was demolished. It is now owned by Aled Rees who has given it a full restoration. It’s a lovely thing to drive.

Is it me, or is the ITV picture quality absolutely atrocious? I’m watching the #MEXRSA #FIFAWC2026 game on ITV1 HD but it’s really blurry.

@FireflyBiilym @lily_scott Games on BBC will be 4K on iPlayer (It's the downside of a commercial broadcaster cheaping out that's the problem sadly! We'll only have 4K for half of the games)

We can all breathe a sign of relief that ITV won’t be shoving ads in our faces during the “hydration” breaks then.

@JoshLFCanfield I think if they're getting it out to a new production company and have to source a brand new team from scratch it might take a few years. But indeed, 6 years between movies is tolerable between movie sequels I guess. Still, from a personal point of view, the quicker the better!

@Ornsack You know what 6 years until an actual TV broadcast isn't unreasonable and probably realistic .

Just rest it for a bit lads. Come back in a decade. Let the fans who were kids when Tennant was in it write the stories. It worked last time and I'd put money on it working again.

@R58959602 It's like a Love Island/Big Brother/I'm a Celeb ITV2 after-show painted as something more meaningful when you think about it, haha Quite enjoyed the friendlies on ITVX without the pomp and ceremony this week. I guess pre-game stuff can help with hype

@Ornsack They probably also moan about the opinions the pundits give too. Personally, I have no idea why people even watch the pre and post game stuff.

The same people who moan about this stuff are the same people who moan about wasting license fee money when they do fly people out.
