I aksed Grok what share price would Tesla have to be in such a way that a merger between Tesla and SpaceX (post IPO and with a valuation of $1.25 trillion) results in a new public company where Elon has at least 33% voting rights? This is what it answered: Approximately $375 per share (or lower), assuming ~3.75 billion Tesla shares outstanding. This is the new breakeven threshold where Elon Musk would own exactly 33% of the merged company (on an equity/voting basis, assuming single-class shares). Any lower Tesla share price would give him more than 33%; higher would dilute him below it.

Anyone doing "small account challenges" is an amateur or a charlatan. No real trader would even consider it. Why on earth would a consistently profitable trader, with millions of dollars in capital, spend time & effort trying to turn $10K into $100K? Makes absolutely no sense.
