@Xbox @XboxSupport @Microsoft What did you all do to my Xbox One X? Cause all of a sudden my download speeds are garbage, my console turns off on its own when it’s nowhere near hot, and my controllers and headset will randomly disconnect while actively using them.

@comcast @Xfinity why is it that an Xbox hard wired into a modem/router CONSTANTLY disconnects and all of a sudden is unable to connect to servers while still saying I’m hardwired with “internet connection” while in the middle of a game?
