@Winston_420s @CharterTMs I have the same.issue with xfinity. Cuts in and out daily. The internet companies subcontractors cut our line while burying the neighbors line. It was fixed the same day and now it works even worse.

This is just getting started. I was offered 70% discount by my ISP to stay with them once they knew I was considering Starlink as an alternative. Reducing margins from ISPs will be the leading indicator. The locations with the highest margins locked in by limited alternatives are the first to go.

Virginia based internet service provider Shentel says it has been losing customers to SpaceX's @Starlink. Shentel CEO Ed McKay said that broadband churn was -1.46% (-3,000 customers) in Q1 2026, which he attributed to promotional activity from SpaceX – a $15 monthly discount and free dish. He said in those areas Shentel increased speeds at no cost to try and compete.

Hey @ATT do you guys at some point realize that there is a actual PROBLEM going on in a specific area and go out and actually fix it ? I a content creator, the internet runs my business. $3 credits do equate to telling me I’m not going to have service for a full day several times a month. There’s an obvious issue and you’re not addressing it. Really been thinking about @googlefiber or @Xfinity at this point because they seem to not want to actually fix the issue. @ATTNEWS

When @Xfinity can beat @Google . I am a Google fan. Love and yet try get into every Beta products. Google Fi Workspace Photos Pixel Mail Drive Home etc Recently moved from Nest WiFi to Xfinity modem and WiFi. There's no comparison. From 31 Mbps to an average of 220 Mbps with just one decide (versus 2 Nest WiFi pro devices) Why? Did you abandon your brand? Results matter.
