Count ur days @ATT called 4 different people from At&T and none of them did anything. We moved a month ago and they put us on At&T wireless air after having fiber for around 6 years in two different houses. Moved 2 minutes and TWO MILES to our current house and apparently can’t have Fiber at this location. Switching to xfinity tmrw after being loyal customers for around 20 years

I’ve been with Comcast for over 15 years & recently switched to @ATT and in less than two months it has been a nightmare. Our internet has been turned off because our “order was cancelled” still don’t know how that happened. And now we’ve been getting the run around for 2 hours

@ATT if you can’t figure out how to bury and mark fiber optic cable better I’m switching back to @comcast. Slightly faster and cheaper Internet isn’t worth it we can’t plant flowers or cut the grass. If there was a @comcast person I could talk to I’d already have switched back.

So do I and it's outrageously expensive @comcast @Xfinity and there's nothing good on and I don't have any of the channels I want to watch even though I pay for premium. I've been with them since they came to my city and it's such a huge rip off. I'm cutting the cord, there are better things to do for the amount of money I waste on nothing each month.

I imagine something like 3 or 4 channels featuring soap operas, and game shows in the morning, reruns in the after noon, an hour of news right before dinner and maybe some really funny sitcoms and variety shows in the evening. Maybe sprinkle in a little bit more news before a late night show and the Star Spangled Banner followed by dead air for a few hours. This is so radical it just might work.

@comcast I hereby declare that you are THE WORST COMPANY! My monthly bill is $232! We have 2 TVs. You were working in our area to improve service for over a week. Since then our Ring doorbell is down. The upstairs TV only comes in on a couple channels and will not record or play back the channels I watch. That’s bad enough. I went into a store and made an appointment for a technician to come out. That would have been over a week. Now I get a text the appointment is cancelled. No reason. I go to your link and I get AI who wants to troubleshoot. WTH? Horrible non service

@Viper_Tattoo_ @googlefiber we got GFiber, dropping XFinity, 3 months ago. We have had a serious mid-day dropout issue ever since. When I call support, their response is to tell me that an engineer will call me, and I get nothing. Now, their immediate answer is to offer to cancel service.

@Xfinity I was charged a $100 service fee for an issue that was outside my home. During that visit, your technicianmade an error that caused a power surge and thousands of dollars in damage. Customer service was rude and refused to help. Please have someone with authority DM me.
