@Viper_Tattoo_ @googlefiber we got GFiber, dropping XFinity, 3 months ago. We have had a serious mid-day dropout issue ever since. When I call support, their response is to tell me that an engineer will call me, and I get nothing. Now, their immediate answer is to offer to cancel service.

@Xfinity I was charged a $100 service fee for an issue that was outside my home. During that visit, your technicianmade an error that caused a power surge and thousands of dollars in damage. Customer service was rude and refused to help. Please have someone with authority DM me.

@elonmusk Id give anything to have starlink service....I use Xfinity, and seriously, my connection is so weak, and constantly disconnects, I had better connection with DIALUP! Who would have thought, with 5g, people would still be searching for bars and signals....seems prehistoric

I used to not be a fan of Comcast and Spectrum back in the day. But man do I miss them after dealing with @ATT for the last 6 years. Has to be the worst customer service and the amount of 20+ hour outages I keep getting with a $2 credit is a joke.
