The first $100 you make online teaches you more than 100 hours of tutorials. It’s the shift from consumer to creator. Everything after that is just scaling the proof.

The method of payment I used? Freemium. Why? I think that’s the best for microSaaS. Why free first? To know the value of the app. Why paid later? To onboard read ideal users. Value first. Money second.

@parkerworth It's less about the list size and more about how well you understand their problem.

When I started building an online business I thought I needed a huge audience. But I made my first 10k from 800 email subscribers. Small lists print money when you know how to use them.

This is why I kept showing up. First week of 2026. I signed another client for my MVP agency. January already feels strong. I have 2 clients for January itself. Consistency works, quietly. 😭😭So so so happy right now.

AI fatigue is real. A lot of my friends have simply lost interest to work. They don’t think anymore. That’s where it got me thinking: Is AI helping us, or Are we becoming too dependent on it?
