@ealingparking could you please advise why a Charge Certificate has been issued when no original PCN was received. I have been trying to get some answers but all systems are automated and this is causing me a lot of stress as it’s asking for £195. There is an admin error here!
@ealingparking@ealingparking please urgently advise clearly as it seems I have until tomorrow to pay £195 (unfairly as no PCN sent) before next steps as it’s a bank holiday so I’m sure if you receive money on Tuesday you’ll claim it’s late but I am owed £130 back, but will it come back??
@ealingparking@ealingparking nothing I’ve received clarifies a thing where it doesn’t effect me financially here due to your error. I pay £195 and dispute but will never hear back I’m sure. I don’t pay and it effects my credit going to next stage. Seem fair?
@ealingparking Understand but the auto email reply cleared nothing up as I was issued a Charge Certificate without a 1st PCN as did my colleague. I don’t know if I wait for a reply and charge is frozen till then or not
@PinP3103 Whilst appreciating that you wanted to speak to a Parking Officer over the telephone, the Parking Service does not deal with Penalties over the telephone due to the legislation .
@EalingCustSer@ealingparking Thank you so much and hoping for them to reply as I want to pay the correct amount and worried it will escalate to next stage which will have damaging repercussions for me due to their admin error.
@EalingCustSer can you help as clearly no response from @ealingparking. It seems due to lack of staff (all WFH according to letter) you have nobody replying and clearly not following process and to cover mistakes issuing higher tickets and making it hard to communicate!! Fair??
@ealingparking which is highly unfair and seems to be what this is aimed at doing. I have admitted I made the error and would happily pay the PCN if I received the £65 charge. But I did not. I own my errors but doesn’t seem anyone on your side can??? I need a reply asap.
