I asked Claude to build my daughter an app that plugs into our piano, can read live key strokes, can show her sheet notes and key view and ends with a Guitar Hero style game. All while giving progressively harder songs. Today she’s using It and crushing It.

@DutchRojas Agree. Some time ago they went to “procedure based” medicine instead of “time based”….time with patient”.

A physician who spends 20 minutes with a patient is considered wasteful. A hospital that runs 14 committees to approve a formulary change is considered rigorous. We have confused process with value and called it reform.

My thoughts on US medicine can be summed up in a few words: Emergency care: Awesome, wouldn’t be anywhere else in the world. Chronic care: Total and utter crap. Completely sold out to Big Pharma. Huge percentage of interventions and drugs useless.

Your doctor went to medical school for 12 years. The person denying your claim went through a two-week training module.
