WOW🚨: It took SIX state troopers to move ONE leftist protester. Watch this: A single activist—clearly committed to "passive resistance"—goes completely limp, yelling and refusing to cooperate as officers try to remove her from a government building. Instead of walking out on her own two feet like an adult, she forces half a dozen uniformed state troopers to physically lift and carry her down the stairs.

@RahHollo @dilapidatedfar1 @LPNational Everyone uses the roads. Even if you don’t drive, you probably walk or ride a bike. Even if you don’t do that, where do you think your products at the store come from?

I would say don't "believe in", as that is like saying believe in the knife or the shovel or any other tool. Learn to understand its power and usefulness and how to use it. I remember religious proselytizers claiming that faith is necessary because you use it when you flick on a light switch to know, in your belief, that the light will come on. That always seemed contra-intellectual to me. The same thing applies here.

@VortexHowl @LPNational I don't know what I said to make you think party is my thing. Perhaps I wasn't clear. I am also an anarchist. Go ahead and despise me though.

@LPNational I’m okay with taxation as long as they actually use the taxes for maintaining the cities like I have this pot hole that’s been there since last June and no one has come out to fix it. Like how many times do I need to call before they do anything?

@lmchankins @LPNational Real libertarians do not wish to be a threat to anyone nor do they want to "take over" cities, etc.

If the Libertarian party wishes to ever be a real political threat, they need to focus on taking over cities/ counties/ states before turning their attention to the big chair (president). Build the infrastructure, have real world examples of your system/ ideology working. Simplify your message. More importantly, stop trying to play the spoiler role and play to win.

@AraqWeyr @VortexHowl @LPNational In a free society, greed is modulated by risk. Remove risk and the urge to be greedy is magnified. Too many of the actions taken by governments are attempts to reduce or remove risk. It's ultimately a recipe for disaster.

@VortexHowl @LPNational I mean yes, but that is not how humans work. At least not how we believe we work. People call us selfish and greedy. And we agree. Every human is. Libertarianism accepts this as a fact and aims to use human greed for good. Taxes go against this vision

@VortexHowl @LPNational Taxes have to be collected (by force or threat thereof) before they can be spent. Those who are opposed to taxes would care about the collection part, so that fixes the spending part. Also, who says the Constitution is the source of all good?

Taxation forces people who don't use the roads to pay the way for people who do. That's theft. if roads were paid for strictly by user fees, libertarians would have no quarrel, especially if the fees were not handled by a government. I find it funny when people who haven't thought things through only seem to pick the farthest out examples to disparage libertarians.

@LPNational I know it’s a joke, but I always find it funny when libertarians say “taxation is theft” and then go drive on a road.

Secretary of State Marco Rubio just dropped a truth bomb: "If Europe won’t allow us to use the bases we man and fund for their defense when we need them, we ought to close them down and remove our troops from Europe!" We’ve been Europe’s bodyguard, landlord, and ATM for 80 years while they trash America and live rent-free off our military. No more freeloading. Time to pay the rent… or we’re changing the locks.
