I’m usually pretty quiet on social media. BUT today is my sister’s birthday and this day must be celebrated. @RaverLuning is one of the most badass and hardest working people around. I know this for many reasons but the most recent example -

@CharlesRaver @CharlesRaver Thank you! I do not know if all that is deserved, but appreciated! We are lucky to have supportive family who taught us the value of hard work and determination. And I was lucky to have brothers that "trained me" to roll with the punches literally and figuratively.

I'm co-writing a book chapter with my sister-in-law @RaverLuning on women in leadership. We'll focus on career transitions + challenges in identifying as a leader. I'll talk a lot about impostor syndrome. I'm having *intense* impostor fears about even writing the chapter. Irony!
