My favorite game ever is either probably Super Mario 3. Other favorites growing up were Ocarina of Time, Final Fantasy 7, and GTA San Andreas. For newer games, I really like the new Zelda games (BOTW and TOTK). Currently, I’ve been playing GTA V and have The Last of Us on deck to play next.

One of my main hobbies is a video game I plan on this (and similar games) to be a major use of my time when I retire early at 40 It may seem childish, but you have to build your life around what makes you happy

@DividendMil Real Estate can be great for building wealth but it’s also a job. Once people become wealthy they usually don’t want a job. (Unless they love it) *Dont believe the people that say real estate is passive.

Real estate is one of the best wealth builders out there 🏡 Leverage, appreciation, tax advantages…it’s powerful But here’s something interesting Almost everyone I know who has reached serious wealth levels eventually reduces or completely exits real estate Why? Less headaches Less illiquidity More scalable opportunities Doesn’t mean real estate is bad…it just might not be the end game Take that for what it’s worth 📈

So the next time you apply for a job or fight for a promotion. Do it full of confidence because there is a chance the person across from you has no idea what they are doing. They just want a paycheck and to go home to their family.

Executives, Directors, Managers, etc. Most people act confident during meetings but if you understand the topic well, you will realize that the answers being given are completely wrong.

I have worked in a corporate office for 15 years. Here is the #1 thing I learned... 90% of people have no idea what they are doing.

@RoaringHammy I was at a water park and got a slushy for my daughter. Worker pushed a button and filled a cup. It costs $13. The machine only had an option of 10%, 15%, or 20% tip. I did 10% and then realized I could have done Custom and typed in 0%. Why are we tipping for pushing a button?

Is Tipping Culture insane now? Fast food are starting to prompt for 15-20% tipping now (e.g. subway, sliced pizza, bakeries...)
