If Mateus follows the money it goes against every impression I’ve ever had of a mature, wise beyond his years and down to earth player. Not buying the ‘Game time’ excuse. Tchouameni is a proper Casemiro replacement, Physically dominant, has the stamina and can play as a lone 6 or in a double pivot with Kobbie Mainoo. Unlike Ugarte, Tchouameni is press resistant and won’t loose the ball silly after winning it. With Tchouameni, our football won’t be a basketball match of end to end game.
