The Supreme Court just ruled to protect birthright citizenship. But if you actually read Justice Thomas’s dissent, it becomes glaringly obvious that the majority completely ignored the clear, historical meaning of "subject to the jurisdiction thereof." 🧵

Watch closely her reaction to the 1st bites of pudding and the pancake bowl. Ecstasy, like an addict getting a hit. Fat people are food addicts and addicts lie to themselves and you. I’d bet this woman is really eating about 3,500 to 4,000 kcal daily.

@AlexanderPayton Just supposedly replied here and said she isn't trying to lose weight. So I'm sure she is clearing at least 4,000 kcal. These fat slobs should have to pay more in health insurance.

Mind you, this is only what she recorded on camera for what she ate at the office specifically, and the sweet potato bowl was in direct response to someone asking what she had for dinner, so we are looking at about 3,000 kcal minimum.

Americans in general and obese people in particular vastly underestimate how much they actually consume. I suspected this was the case here and went to her profile. This same person reveals what she actually eats in a day, and (spoiler alert) it’s basically an entire day’s worth of food by 11am: 22oz container full of chia pudding ~ 1,300-1,500 kcal Olipop Shirley Temple = 40 kcal 22oz container full of protein pancakes with maple syrup and berry compote (if using lean mix like kodiak + egg whites) ~ 750-850 kcal Chomps Turkey Stick = 80 kcal “Sweet potato bowl” (not shown on camera, so hard to estimate, but her style seems to be “health food” + dressings and sweeteners) ~ 800 kcal

@madisonlawrence Even in these supposed recipes plus your drink that's like 60 grams of sugar. Before noon. Nothing healthy here.

@AlexanderPayton If you are losing weight, "pudding" and "pancakes" shouldn't be in your meal plan, period.

South Carolina’s Governor can appoint an interim Republican senator to serve until the vacancy is filled under state law. But since Lindsay Graham had already won the Republican nomination just a month ago, the South Carolina GOP would need to choose a replacement nominee all over again. Here’s how this works. On the second Tuesday after today, candidate filing opens for one week. The special primary is then held on the second Tuesday after filing closes. So that’s July 28. If no candidate wins a majority, there is a runoff two weeks later.

@SpeakerJohnson You are a clown. We need to completely flip over the GOP in primaries. Do you not know what time it is or do we have to watch more of ours get shot in the neck?

The 21st Century ROAD to Housing Act is now law. House Republicans worked hard to ensure this legislation will pave the path to homeownership and the American Dream for hardworking families who have been crushed for far too long by Bidenflation and the Biden Border Crisis, which hiked housing costs by 30% and rent by 20%.

A major win for American families. The 21st Century ROAD to Housing Act is now law, delivering reforms that will increase housing supply, support community banks, and help more Americans achieve the dream of homeownership.

@infantrydort This is very true. The first time a presidential election vote is dragged out just long enough for California and NY to produce just enough votes to win, it would get ugly.

@PixelPusher4 @FightForAUnion You are ok with it as long as it promotes more immigration for some reason. Just admit you care more about importing non-white people than you do about greedy corps. We should be on the same page if your issue really is greedy CEOs.

Corporate profits soared last quarter to their highest levels since right before the Great Depression, reaching 14.4%. They keep raising prices to pad excess profits, leaving us all holding the bag. This is a systemwide coordinated effort that's crushing the working class.
