Neymar is better than any English player in history, apart from Frank Lampard. It’s disrespectful to hear Wayne Rooney say he has never seen Neymar as a top player. Without Ferguson’s corrupt era, Rooney would have been average, like the current Declan Rice. Respect the GOAT.
