APC is totally confused as it stands now. They never believed Atiku, Peter Obi and Kwankwaso would successfully merge together, including Nasir El-Rufai. They know that if this election goes free and fair, there’s no magic that will make them get the total amount of votes that will surpass the Coalition. That’s why they are doing everything to cripple ADC, possibly to stop them from fielding any candidate for the upcoming election. And let me tell you, if ADC does not do something extraordinary, they will lose the chance of fielding a candidate for this coming election. APC will make this happen. APC’s plan is to run unopposed with the PDP candidate, who has no force, and other small parties like Sawore and the Labour Party. And lastly, let me tell you: El-Rufai is not coming out of detention anytime soon. He will be in detention till one month to the main election; that’s the plan, and many Southwest governors are suggesting it. Hi Toby, Here is my Point Based Opinion (PBO) regarding your tweet. 1. Tacha was on her own when you referred to her. I want to remind you that you’re the one who mentioned her name. She didn’t come for you. This is based on the available evidence attached to this PBO, where you clearly mentioned her name. At that point, she quoted you, and it escalated from there. 2. You accused Tacha of collecting a 5m influencer fee from a woman who was trying to raise money for her husband’s treatment. Whether this story is verified or not doesn’t dismiss the fact that you didn’t provide any evidence in that tweet. 3. Such a heavy accusation will not be accepted by many people, and Tacha quoted you. @Symply_Tacha has the right to challenge you, me, or anyone who put out a statement that she finds untrue or damaging to her persona. You also have that right, which you also exercised. 4. Tacha replied to you and insulted your father as the one who collected the money. At that point, you called her Olosho. Olosho means prostitute. It is a denigration of her. It is defamatory to call someone a prostitute if the person is not. You claimed to have reported to the UK Metropolitan police. Let me remind you that under the UK Defamation Act 2013, she may have good grounds to countersue or justify her claims. Legal experts will analyse that. 5. You will have to provide evidence of her being a prostitute. Videos and images of her engaging in such activities to prove beyond doubt that you didn’t defame her. 6. She also returned the same insult to your mum. 7. She quoted you after your response to her, the tweet where she returned the insult to your mum. At this point, she questioned you with insinuations. In her words, “What have you achieved, aside from being a RAPIST, child molester, sex trafficker, bastard and woman beater??” While her statements are condemnable, and she does need to provide evidence, you’re responsible for the uproar. 8. Why did you start a fight if you were not ready to go to the mud? You’re the one who started calling her Olosho. You’re also the person who mentioned her from nowhere. 9. Don’t start a fight if you can’t hold. If you didn’t call her Olosho, she probably wouldn’t have gone to such extremes to make those statements. In conclusion, you can’t take what you dish. Don’t throw stones if you live in a glasshouse. Tacha was heavily bullied due to your tweet. To be honest, there were likely more people in your favour during that saga. This can be verified in the quotes. There was no reason to start a fight if you were not ready for it. Some people will go extreme. You can’t hold them when they react.
