First Pool Lab pre-print: bit.ly/3yoewcy. We resolve a major pain with 3’ single-cell RNA-sequencing (10x Genomics etc.) – missing gene expression data from thousands of genes. This stems from suboptimal reference transcriptomes and can easily be recovered. T below: 1/12

Nice article by @mjflepage in @newscientist about the work or @BEuplotes on how the walking gait of single cell Euplotes may be controlled by a microtubule based computer. I feel this piece poses the big question and sums up the key points in a super clear way! @I2CELL

The preprint for my main PhD project is out! biorxiv.org/content/10.110…. We characterize the cell types in the brain (cortex) that get targeted by different AAV gene therapy vehicles (in mice ;) )
