@SUBWAY I ordered 4 subs on the 12th of this month and I haven't seen any change on my ticket towards a free sub. What can I do about this, if anything?

Tonight, I had an issue with @Subway near my home. I had the same issue Monday, being overcharged. @Subway has you go through a website portal w/out the ability to speak to a human. We'll see if anyone cares enough to contact me. 72 hours starts now.

@SUBWAY how can I scan my QR code to add my sub I bought yesterday to my app. The online ordering wasn't available and when I paid for my sandwich the worker told me to scan the QR code and it just brings me to the app. Just trying to add my sub to get closer to the 4th.

@SUBWAY I made this order online with the app, I have the receipt and email confirmation for the order. The store said the order was not in their system, so I can not get my paid for meal nor could I receive a refund. That is theft and fraud. I want my refund.

@SUBWAY live in Fargo ND and went to the 19th ave location this morning at 10:30. Nobody in drive or lobby. They didn’t toast the foot-long or put cheese on it. They gave me a foot-long instead of the 6 inch and charged me for it. Drink was out of syrup. 🤬

@SUBWAY since when are you only allowing 6 pickles per 12 inch sub? Never in my life have I been denied my extra pickles & I've also never dealt with a more rude employee. Wichita, KS. Greedy as hell when I'm paying damn near $20 for a footlong. Trashhhhh.
