Nah thats a fine stance to have imo. I think the connotation for run its course might be different. Im not saying "Open and free capitalism full send! YAR" But rather the slow and steady process of obsolence that does happen from time to time with system. I personally think that IF the idea of progressism is true I view it like a high quality machine part --- the last bits of capitalism are going to last a very long time , because in most projects you can rough out 95% of a job in a few hours , but that last 5 % is going to take ALOT of time and care to be done right or it risk ruining the part.

@SWTOWER1 I just believe that there is something possible to do to prevent it rather then rebuilding from the ashes I guess. Now what do we do... ehmm lol im not a economy-ologist lol. Im just a dumb veterinary student ;p

PMC's stand roughly 1.7 Meters tall. ( +/- 5 cm) Using this and basic trig with various rifle scopes, and cross referencing it with tarkov screen shot grid coordinates , I can confirm this measurement is effective to within +/- a 2 meter margin of error across 1300m distance LOS , further distance reads are no longer possible due to the change in optic magnifcation and limited ability to read +/- a pixel size. @AirwingMarine

It depends on what sort of recognition you are after. I have seen highly skilled and capable people act wild because they feel a void in their life. Thrill and excitement is a temporary fix for fundamental-unhappiness. In such a loud culture visually , of all creeds and classes, people feel the need to act out in strange ways to feel like they matter. The American work life is not as soul crushing as the Japanese one , but it shares many of the common undertones. Because of how vast the American population is , we have sub-cultures that are larger than some countries' whole populations - each fighting to represent what it means to be "American" , it gets really strange talking about us in any sort of idealistic way. Maybe that's good , maybe that's bad , I'm unsure. Many of us are unsure. Again this is just my perspective on the topic.

I'm from the US , but my friend described walking around in the US is almost like walking into an internet chat room for a lot of other cultures. For example. I often say a positive thing about someones accessories. Not to hint at romantic intent but to support their creative choices. But , if there is an extended exchange of positive comments - that is probably romantic hints.

とりあえず日本人の「米に合いそう」というのは最上級の「この料理はとても美味しそうだ」の表現の一種であるというのは国際交流の上で誤解が生じないようになんかの日本語慣用句辞典とかに載せたほうがいい

@flag_maker @jfitzgenius As a southern I've always taken the above saying to mean " They cared enough to make sure everyone was fed , even if it wasn't very flavorful." The love and care being the focus.

@jfitzgenius Does that mean the quantity that satisfies people is valued more than how good it tastes? If you heard it without context, you might misunderstand it, but it’s a very intriguing compliment.

There is a huge demand for small trucks , preferably ones with very little or zero electronic components. But because of our environment regulations being based off of the weight class of the vehicle, it ends up cheaper for manufacturers to make big trucks that are less efficient. ( At least this is my understanding of the situation over here in the United States)
