This is evolving in a way I didn't expect. It’s always great to see projects you’ve supported from day one actually ship. @ebisu_finance, a Liquity fork, is now moving into sophisticated strategy curation with @Sentinel_codes. This is the first time I’ve seen an @ipor_io vault combine Morpho’s isolated money markets with @LiquityProtocol 's CDP technology to manage leverage. It’s a brilliant technical mix. The core of the strategy is stcUSD (staked stablecoin from @capmoney_). The yield comes from the reserves backing the stablecoin. Operators use these reserves to generate returns, which are then split between stablecoin stakers and the restakers securing the protocol. The vault dynamically hunts for the "spread." If there’s no profitable gap, it simply holds the stablecoin for its native yield. > If @Morpho offers debt cheaper than the stcUSD yield, it loops there. > If Ebisu (as a Liquity fork) offers a better fixed-rate loan, it moves the position there. Right now, it’s starting at 4.61%, but the potential for high-profit windows as liquidity grows is huge. These two lending architectures work together to optimize a single yield-bearing asset is exactly the kind of innovation we need.
