@ZBauermaster Not asking for staff to give meaningful feedback regarding their effectiveness as a leader. Just as teachers are evaluated I believe it could lead to real positive change if principals were evaluated by the their staff. The ones that really see what happens daily.

@queenofdimeras @NicholasFerroni @queenofdimeras my exact same thoughts. So much gaslighting. So much making us believe we should be normalizing unusual behaviors and practices. Pray daily for the strength to stick it out and see my own children through this system and it’s 💔.

@NicholasFerroni I’m basically hanging in there for my own 7 year old daughter. I don’t want to abandon her in this crappy system. I often think her and I may be better off in private school but I truly don’t know if that’s any better.

It’s heartbreaking to know that so many educators are not okay, and it is infuriating knowing that they might be reprimanded or attacked if they openly talk about it.
