I lost a friend and a teammate yesterday. He was just a couple years older than me, but he taught me so much about being a lawyer and being a dad. I will miss our endless talks about cars, stocks, sneakers, our dogs, and our sons. A sad reminder of life’s fragility.

We have lost an indispensable member of the KBK family. Our partner Chris Noyes passed away suddenly on September 6th at age 40. Chris was more than a passionate attorney and colleague; he was a loving father of two boys, a devoted son and brother, and loyal friend.

KBK partner @ShantK and attorney Barret Alexander recently secured a $350,000 Settlement of an insurance claim for vandalism to a vacant building, after the insurance company completely denied the claim, paid nothing, and forced their insured to sue.
