@Shell_Canada Unbelievable! All your soap and high pressure water couldn’t even wash away the dust from my parking garage, but a wipe with a microfibre cloth and it came right off. What a rip off scam your car wash is!!

@Shell_Canada I just bought a car wash today for $18.99, because someone wrote on my dusty car. When I got home later, I discovered your overpriced “Ultimate+” car wash is garbage!😡 Couldn’t even clean of DUST from my parking garage! Had to wipe it with a cloth. I want a refund!

@Shell_Canada I am trying to fill in your customer opinion survey. However the form does not recognize the store ID as site ID nor does it even show them on a map. All it shows are sites in the UK. I could not locate any in Canada on the map. Could someone take a look at this?

@Shell_Canada is there a reason your app isn’t working? Try to put the pump number in but it comes back as pump unavailable. Also completely unacceptable to not have anyone online or available to phone on weekends since staff at the station can’t fix the issue.

@Shell_Canada whats going on in Calgary? I've visited 3 different stations, all of them being out of order or when trying to use easy pay it says that all pumps are unavailable.

@Shell_Canada please keep the open/close status of the car wash updated on the App. The car wash at Drinkwater-Brampton is showing open when it is not and this is causing inconvenience.

@Shell_Canada double charged me $250 in addition to the gas I got as a 'deposit' to hold until the $38 i got in gas went thru my credit card. Now I'll have to wait up to 5 business days to get this $ back. Beware!!!!

@Shell_Canada I bought some car washes from the cashier a while ago and can’t remember which ones I have and have not used is there a way if I ask the cashier to check they can? I don’t want to line up in the wash line and find out the codes have all been used.

@Shell_Canada please program your pumps so you can select “I want a receipt” while you are pumping your gas instead of presenting the option when done pumping. Thanks
