Dear men, Don't waste your time looking for one expensive supplement up and down. I'll give you the best medicine: 1. First thing when you up in the morning, take two glasses of warm water. 2. Wait for at least 30 mins before you eat anything. 3. During the day, always drink water. Drink like a camel. Target 12-20 glasses daily.
