@goodbreffis Mann this is so spot on! There’s times I’m at work & all I can think about is cranking on the smoker. Hell, even when I’m making something i’m already pivoting to try to figure out what my next cook will be. It’s soo addicting & rewarding. I honestly can’t get enough of it

今回のブリスケット、ちゃんとコラーゲンと脂肪が溶けて肉が柔らかくなったから成功とはいえるが、水分が抜けすぎたので70点！！…だな たが肉が柔らかくなっただけまだマシw 失敗したブリスケットは肉がパサパサでさらに硬いw これを3キロとか食わなきゃならんからマジで地獄だぞww
