@SmileSoftware I purchased @PDFpen Pro yesterday morning, but entering my license code gets the error message, “Unable to obtain license. Please try again in a few minutes.”
I contacted support, but am still waiting for a valid code that will let me register the app.

@schwerd Sorry you're having that trouble! It should help to clear out some files:
1. Open a Finder window.
2. Hit Shift-Command-G.
3. Paste in the following:
~/Library/WebKit/
4. Delete the folder with name com.smileonmymac.textexpander.
5. Launch TextExpander.
Does that help?

@SmileSoftware TextExpander 6.8.3 running on M1 MBA. Has run fine for months. In the last week, is crashing every few minutes. I send in the crash report that is generated every time. Is anyone looking at them? Is this a known problem or am I the only one?
