Hey @SteelSeries @SteelSupport @Target — I bought an Arctis Nova 5 in the US but the microphone is’t working. Tested on PC and phone (records silence). SteelSeries support says they can’t help because I live in Argentina. I have video proof, is there really no option here?

@SteelSupport No I haven't but I sent you guys a message just now. It's a 6 year old headset that's that's held together by nothing other than sheer love for the thing lol zipties, tape, cotton, super glue, missing parts, etc. It's time for a new one lol
