@SteelSeries @Deebeegeek26 @SteelSupport my son has had and loved this headset for over 3 years now, but recently the right speaker has died. Not working on Xbox or PC. I'm certain this is out of warranty. Is there any other troubleshooting we can try? :) Thank you!

@SteelSupport I’ve had the Arctis Nova 7x a couple weeks and when I check the charge percent it never goes down from 100% so I have no clue what it’s actually on. What can I do?

@SteelSupport most recent update for steel series gg has broken Sonar for me. When sonar is activated I can't hear anything in my headphones. Update is 113.0.0

Hey @SteelSupport can you help me out here? I had a ticket open 2 months ago for my daughters headset that stopped working. You guys were going to give me a free wireless adapter for the fix, but it was unavailable, so I had to wait. It's been 2 months, it's still unavailable. Can you guys just replace her headset now? As you can see, we own a "few" Steelseries headsets in our house. Thanks!
