@SteelSupport When does SteelSeries plan to truly innovate its keyboards? Brands like Wooting are already several steps ahead in technology. It would be great to see more competitive improvements in this area.

Is your PC crashing/turning off even tho you did all the steps below? - updated bios, loaded UEFI defaults - clean installed Windows - your PC passed CPU, GPU, RAM stress tests Lately I've come across more and more cases like this. What all of these people had in common? Steelseries peripherals. All of this is caused by sshid.sys -> their problematic driver. How to fix these annoying crashes out of nowhere? 1. Navigate to C:\Windows\System32\drivers 2. Search for sshid.sys -->delete it 3. If that doesnt work, you can use 3rd party app for it e.g. Driver store explorer, force remove ♥️+♻️ so they can finally fix it..

@SteelSupport Hi @SteelSupport , there is an issue with the french layout in prism. Two caps cannot be edit (<> and *u). I tried to open a ticket on steelseries.com but it seems not possible. Can you provide more information about this issue ? Have a good day, thanks 😉

@SteelSupport hi i have gamebuds and artics 7 gen 1. I have issue with 5.1 sound distrubution on both headset when source set to 5.1. some sounds only came one side. This is a big problem for me because on Lg c5 i cant change sound output
