@Swiftqueue Is this the way privatisation is going? I’ve been trying to get an (urgent!) blood test. We used to be able go straight to the local hospital, take a ticket, queue & have blood taken on same day. Now it’s a week or more. Efficiency? Life-saving? No way.

@Swiftqueue @NHS_CityHackney I had a phlebotomy appointment at 10:55 yesterday. At 11:00 today I got an email and an SMS text requesting feedback for the booking system. Both links go to a page saying feedback is closed.
