Something interesting started happening recently. I would be meditating then I start thinking/seeing places from my childhood. Places I thought my memories of were so vague and blurry but I could see them in great details.
It might be my mind bringing them up to distract me but the fact I can remember/see them clearly after 20 years is fascinating.
